PLEASE READ CAREFULLY OUR DATA POLICY

Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell your data and we won't spam your email or social networks. This policy describes the information we process to support UADD products and features offered by us. This document governs the collection, storage and use of personal data collected by UADD when you use our platform through our APP and/or our site (www.uadd.co). Here you will find details about the personal data we collect from you and your contact list, how we use that personal data and your rights to control our use of personal data.

By creating or registering an account with UADD and/or using any of the services we provide, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this policy in its entirety. If you do not agree to these policies in its entirety, you must not use our Services. Your use of our Services will signify that you have agreed to authorize us to collect and process your information.

A. Children under the age of 13.
We do not and will not knowingly collect information from any child under the age of 13. You must not create or attempt to create an account that allows or encourages use or registration by any child under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you may not create or register an account with UADD or use any of our Services.

B. The information we collect
To provide our services we must process information about you. We will collect:
I. Your account information. That is: your full name, mobile phone number and an e-mail account. You confirm that this data is true and accurate and belongs to you.
II. All the data (including photos) that you input in your personal or business cards. You confirm that this data is true and accurate and has a direct relationship to you. We want to make sure that you are the holder of this data when it is shared with your contacts.
III. All the data on your mobile address book or contact list. That is: all of yours contacts names, photos (if any), contact information (e-mails, telephone numbers) and addresses. We will use this data to create the UADD electronic address books that is available for you to use and to find, among your contacts, other UADD users to help you connect with them through our platform.
IV. Information of your usage. We collect information about how you use our Services, such as the types of content you view or engage with; your searches on our platform; the features you use; the actions you take; the people you interact with; how you interact with people; and the time, frequency and duration of your activities.
V. Things others do and information they provide about you. We also receive and analyze content, communications and information that other people provide when they use our Services. This can include information about you, such as when we upload others electronic phone book, share an information of you, send a message to you, or upload, sync or import your contact information.
VI. Device Information. We collect information from and about the computers, phones and other web-connected devices you use that integrate with our Services and we combine this information across different devices you use. For example, we use information collected about your use of our Services on your phone to better personalize the content (including ads) or features you see when you use our Services on another device to measure whether you took an action in response to an advertisement we showed you on your phone on a different device. Information we obtain from these devices includes:
• Device attributes: information such as the operating system, hardware and software versions.
• Device operations: information about operations and behaviors performed on the device.
• Identifiers: unique identifiers, device IDs.
• Device signals: Bluetooth signals, and information about nearby Wi-Fi access points, beacons, and cell towers.
• Data from device settings: information you allow us to receive through device settings you turn on, such as access to your camera, photos or contacts.
• Network and connections: information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, language, time zone, mobile phone number, IP address, connection speed.
• Cookie data: data from cookies stored on your device, including cookie IDs and settings. Learn more about how we use cookies in the item “D” below.
VII. Information from partners or third parties. UADD partners may provide information about your activities off UADD including information about your device, websites you visit, purchases you make, the ads you see, and how you use their services.

C. How we use this information
We or third-party data processors, hired by us and acting on our behalf, will collect, store and process the personal data listed above relating to you and your contacts for the following purposes:
• To make the Services available to you. We will store and exchange your information as you inputted in your cards to the contacts you have exchanged this card or allowed them to receive the card and the data it contains.
• To provide content which is tailored to your individual tastes;
• To speed and deliver better results in any Search for people or businesses done on the UADD platform, we may use, as reference, your contact directory and any public comment or rate you made using our platform;
• To further develop and improve our Services;
• To maintain and support any customer account that you and your contacts have with us;
• To monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our Service;
• To include (or to permit the inclusion of) advertising within the Services of our own and third-party products, services and promotions that we or they think may interest you and your contacts;
• When we have obtained consent from you or your contacts, to contact you or them (as applicable) with products, services and promotions (including by SMS or e-mail) which we think may interest you or them;
• When we have obtained consent from you or your contacts, to disclose your or their (as applicable) personal data to carefully chosen third parties so that they may contact you or them with products, services and promotions (including by SMS and e-mail) which they think may interest you or them.
UADD does not disclose information that contains identifiable data of our users to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate and / or statistical information about our users. We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target. We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you and your contacts to enable us to help our advertisers reach the audience they wish to target.
Other than as set out in this Data Policy, we will not disclose, sell or rent personal data about you to any third party.
However, if UADD goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition or the sale of all or substantially all of its assets, we may disclose personal data about you and your contacts to that third party in connection with this business transaction.

We may also disclose personal data about you and your contacts list where we are required to do so by applicable law, by order of a court, by a governmental body or by a law enforcement agency. We may also disclose personal data about you and your contacts in the context of investigating or reporting any issue arising in connection with activity by you or them or content supplied or purporting to be supplied by you or them, to you or them or on your or their behalf that we reasonably believe could be unlawful or otherwise in breach of our terms of service.

D. How we use Cookies
Cookies are small data files which are placed on your computer by our Website or our mobile application which collects certain personal data about you and your device. You may change your website browser settings to reject cookies, although please note that if you do this it may impair the functionality of our Services. Each website browser is different, please visit your browser's "Help" menu to learn how to change your cookie preferences.
We use cookies for authentication to verify your account and determine when you’re logged in so we can make it easier for you to access our Services. Cookies allow us to rapidly identify you or who is using or trying to use our service. This increases security by helping us identify and impose additional security measures when someone may be attempting to access an account without authorization, for instance, by rapidly guessing different passwords. We also use cookies to store information that allows us to recover your account in the event you’ve forgotten your password or to require additional authentication if you tell us your account has been hacked. Cookies help us fight spam and phishing attacks by enabling us to identify computers that are used to such activities. We use cookies to better understand how people use our Services so that we can improve them.
We use cookies for Advertising purposes by helping us show ads and to make recommendations for businesses and other organizations to people who may be interested in the products, services or causes they promote.

E. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard the personal data that you provide to us, no transmission over the Internet can ever be guaranteed secure. Consequently, please note that we cannot guarantee the security of any personal data that is transferred over the Internet to us or by us.

F. Sharing information
When you exchange cards or communicate inside our platform, you choose the audience for what you share. You choose what you want to share and to whom it will be available.

G. Sending cards outside our platform
When sending a personal or business card to a contact that is not a user of our service or outside our platform, we will create a link to be sent to the contact you wish to reach via any other service you use, for example: WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS or e-mail. This link will open a temporary web page that contains a button that when pressed will download a vCard with the card data. So, the recipients receive the message with the link, opens the link, download the vCard and ends up with your card downloaded to his contact phone book on his or her mobile device.
For safety reasons, the temporary web page will expire in no more than 24 hours and each link will only be able to download up to 10 (ten) vCards (as set per default). To enable the recipients to identify you, the temporary page will contain the card you selected to be sent including the picture (if any) and the contact data on the card including cellphone number, email and address (if any).
You are responsible for choosing the recipients of this link. There will be no assurance that this recipient will download the vCard and he or she may forward the link to other parties without your knowledge or consent.

H. Deleting, editing and the data from contacts
You have the ability to access, rectify and erase all the data that is in your account - your personal data as well as your contacts data. You may do so by editing your cards or your contacts data. But, the data that was shared and sent by you to your contact belong to them and you may not delete or edit such data on their account. Just like if you have exchanged a paper card, the paper card once given away belongs to the recipient and the data it contains. The same with the data you received from your contacts, it belongs to you.
The data that is, from time to time, updated by your contact is added to the data that belongs to you. The previous data is erased.

I. Deleting your account and data
We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services or until your account is deleted or terminated - whichever comes first. The data and logs of the account are maintained for 6 months (or for the time the law requires to be maintained) for legal reasons. When you delete your account, we delete things you have posted, such as status updates, and you won't be able to recover that information later. Information you shared with others isn't part of your account and won't be deleted.

J. Third party sites
This Data Policy applies to any personal data that we collect about you or contacts when you are using our services. However, the website and the App may also contain links to other thirdparty services over which we have no control. Please note that this Data Policy applies only to the personal data that we collect through our Services and we cannot be responsible for personal data collected by that third-party. You should always read the data policy of each website you visit carefully.

K. Transfer of data as part of our global services
We share information globally, internally and externally with our partners and with those you connect and share with around the world in accordance with this policy. Your information may, for example, be transferred or transmitted to, or stored and processed in the Brazil, the United States or other countries outside of where you live for the purposes as described in this policy. These data transfers are necessary to provide the services set forth in the UADD Terms to globally operate and provide our Services to you. We utilize standard contract clauses, rely on the European Commission's adequacy decisions about certain countries, as applicable, and obtain your consent for these data transfers to Brazil, the United States and other countries.

L. Changes to our Data Policy
We'll notify you before we make changes to this policy and give you the opportunity to review the revised policy before you choose to continue using our Service. Any changes we make to our Data Policy in the future will be posted on this page on the date os the last modification will be posted on the bottom of this document.
